"MotoFinance" or "app" refers to Android financial-management software developed and maintained by PCMC Tecnologia Ltda.
"Developer" or "PCMC Tecnologia Ltda" is the company responsible for the development, maintenance and support of MotoFinance. Contact: contato@motofinance.com.br.
"User" is any person who installs, accesses or uses MotoFinance.
"License" is the personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the app obtained through a one-time purchase on Google Play when the app is available in the store.
MotoFinance is a personal financial management app for Android, designed for motorcycle delivery riders, couriers and gig economy drivers. Its features include:
The app works offline and does not depend on an account or PCMC Tecnologia Ltda. servers. Data is stored locally on the device; any backup export or sharing happens only through the user's action or configuration, as described in the Privacy Policy.
MotoFinance will be offered as a paid app through a one-time purchase on Google Play. The purchase does not create a subscription, trial period, recurring charge, or automatic renewal.
The price, country availability and terms displayed by Google Play at the time of purchase prevail. Google processes payment under its applicable terms and policies.
Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play must follow Google Play's applicable channels, policies and timeframes, without limiting rights provided by applicable law.
Because there is no subscription, there is no automatic-renewal cancellation or conversion of the app to read-only mode when a plan ends.
Purchases on Google Play are handled by Google. The app does not request or process card, bank-account or user financial data for PCMC Tecnologia Ltda.

MotoFinance is intended for personal, individual use — including keeping track of the income and expenses of the user's own professional activity, which is precisely the purpose of the app. The following are prohibited:
MotoFinance, including its source code, design, logo, name and content, is the exclusive property of PCMC Tecnologia Ltda. All rights reserved.
The one-time purchase grants the user a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the app. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the user.
MotoFinance is provided "as is". PCMC Tecnologia Ltda does not warrant that the app will be free from errors or interruptions, and is not liable for:
The user is responsible for performing regular data backups using the functionality available in the app.
PCMC Tecnologia Ltda may update these Terms of Use at any time. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified via an in-app notice or on the app's Play Store listing.
Continued use of the app after new Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the country in which the Developer is established.
Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you by the law of the country in which you reside. Where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence, or requires that its own consumer protection rules apply to this agreement, those rights and rules prevail over this clause.
If you reside in Brazil, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) gives you, among other rights, the option of bringing proceedings before the court of your own domicile.
